Hmm, you could give it to a Charity or something that does something really great, and if you get an extra few thousand £/$/euros/whatever and make a big thing of it like get a big cheque, get the press etc., and boost His Almighty Noodlyness’s supporters, thus increasing the chances that even more money can be generated and given to other charities too :)
Or, as Tristan said, make a restaurant dedicated to The FSM, but give a large portion of the profits to charity or something. You know, make a long term donation rather than one that lasts 5 minutes ;)
