Very nice, and good model. His noodly-ness would be proud. :p

Just one thing: paint the noodles yellow next time, for yellow is good. :)

That is so amazingly awesome. It must have been really complicated. Praise The Noodle.

Truly, this magnificent icon was inspired by His noodly spirit. Clearly worth top marks.

I see that it is of the pesto school of thought and not of the true school of the marinara.

Catherine, that is really nice work. I’m impressed. I think one would look really nice in my living room or on my desk if you happen to make any more! (seriously)

He is amazing! Much more inspiring than the giant Quaker Oats Guy in the back. And I love the use spinach-flavored noodles.

This is so awesome. I hope your teacher understands that this is the equivalent of Michaelagelo’s Last Judgement.

Catherine, I have tried to make several offers to purchase this beautiful piece of art. However, I have been denied to post anything; either offers or compliments. I think that someone in charge here has their eye on your lovely sculpture and, so, is blocking any and all offers of purchase. As a last resort, I will offer, once again, $200.00 for this beautiful ceramic piece.

Years ago, I sponsored a young ceramic artist in her endeavors. I have on my mantelpiece several of her fine early pieces. I would like to add your fine sculpture to my collection.

So — our Lord’s noodly appendages are of spinach pasta? This changes everything!!

    @ RobinM,

Nothing is really changed, except that the FSM has manipulated our perception of His Noodles in this particular depiction of Himself, so as to make us think He is different than He really is.

It’s every bit as good a ‘likeness’ as Michaelangelo’s god in the sistine chapel

Bobby, I must ask you. Is his noodleyness engulfed in pesto, or are his appendages of the spinach kind? Depending on the answer, I may have to guide you back to the right way. The carbonara way.

Purchase the Gospel

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
