A throughly study of the Original Drawing shows us pretty clear that the mountains and the trees very close resemble typical landscapes of Finland (see an example). In regard to the midget, I must remind you all that the average height of the Suomi people is considerably lower than, say, Swedes.

HOW STUPID ARE YOU PEOPLE! The flying spaghetti monster is complete sarcasm. The FLM is a metaphor for god. All of the things said about him and the “evidence” that he exists is mocking intelligent design by taking some of the ridiculous things and explanations intelligent design claim to have evidence for and changing them slightly to the flying spaghetti monster. This man isn’t starting a real religion. He is very cleverly mocking intelligent design and staring a movement that against intelligent design being taught in schools. Anyone that takes this literally is an idiot. Go back to your church and pray for some intelligence. I’m a 17 year old from east tn… (snake handling and speaking in tounges country) and i picked it up immediately. I’ll make it simple. Is any of what he is claiming really any more far fetched than Christianity? or Buddhism? Or any other religion? Think before you post people

Pastafarian beliefs are no worse than any christian beliefs, if there is a deity, why not have him spaghetti shaped, instead of human-shaped?
You’re obviously a homophobe (“ARE YOU GAY???” as if it’s an insult), with no real knowledge of the internet (“JUST DESPERATE FOR INTERNET FRIENDS.”) or reasonably intelligent people (“mentally insane, over the age of -12, with an IQ over 1″ [I'm a sane 14 year old straight guy with an IQ of 148, BTW]). Intelligent people would be able to see the humour in this religion and go along with it. If you want an internet friend you go to a social networking site, not a church for a parody religion.

Having been born in Finland with no religious affiliations whatsoever, Just wondering if I choose to follow the FSM and I am travelling in a HEATHEN country, Would a packet of 2 minute noodles a day protect me until I could find stronger and more mature FSM devotees to save me?

Although there might already be a tiny minority of pastafarians living in finland,I belive it is our right to kick out all non-pastafarians (wether indigenous or not) living in finland and claim their houses for ourselves.I also think we should build a wall around finland to keep our holy land pure.These measures will surely please the noodly one…
