Great idea!! Get ‘em while their still young and impressionable… the church has been doing it for centuries… why not the pastafarians!! Are there some bed-time prayers printed on the back, something like:
“Oh great FSM… keep me safe while I sleep… protect my parents and friends in your loving appendages… etc…” ??

Tris, as a matter of fact the Pastarian Church has doing it for centuries. Indocrinating little children about our Ebriated Design Theory or about our Pirate Climate Change Hypothesis is opening their little eyes to the Real World. Moreover, if we do not indoctrinate our children in our Pastafarian values, then they would relapse to a senseless existence.

I hate to say it, but this is a shameful way to represent FSM.
He is much better than that! Oh well.
I guess plastic jewelry is not above Him. It’s a great way to get a younger crowd!

I wasnt even aware that the Pastarian Church had been around for centuries. What’s the “Ebriated Design Theory”? Maybe you mean the Inebriated Design Theory? Anyway… we dont want our children to have a senseless existence… so all steam ahead for indoctrination!

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
