I am concerned. This is a joke, right? i mean, people cannot seriously believe in a dinner option. I believe that this ‘pastafarian-ism’ started as a joke made by a lost soul who is against christianism. but reading this website, this has gone too far. i will not swear or mock your unique form of entertainment like others have, but please stop this madness. direct your anger away from christianism and into your own personal lives. Let us not poison the minds of the innocent people that use the internet. Thank you, and I shall be praying for you all.
-Concerned Christian

Dear Concerned Christian,
Your concern for us is misplaced. That “lost soul” is our Beloved Prophet. He has brought a message of hope for all those who have not yet been touched by the Flying Spaghetti Monster’s Noodly Appendage.
Our church is no more a “form of entertainment” than is yours. Of course, we Pastafarians do enjoy Friday with the obligatory grog and pasta.
I do agree with you when you said, “Let us not poison the minds of the innocent people that use the internet.” As soon as you stop, we’ll stop.
RAmen
*sigh* You took the time to write that, but you couldn’t manage to read the ‘about’ page? Tragic.
How can people see “anger” here? And exactly how would it make things better for us all to start directing more anger into our personal lives? Free thought is not “poison.” And I have no idea whether Bobby’s soul is lost or found or even if that’s a meaningful question.
“FSMity” and “Christianism” might be able to coincide if “Christianism” had more intelligent members contact us.
you indoctrinate and poison young minds with christianity.
what is the difference?
why are your beliefs above question or reproach?
please stop your own madness.
Christianism? Nice.
Dear Concerned Christian –
In your letter you state that you ‘[read] this website’, and that you ‘believe that this ‘pastafarian-ism’ [...] against christianism’
Obviously, if the first statement is true, the second one cannot be. Had you read the open letter, then you too would be chanting the prases to the Noodly One.
Secondly, what is ‘christianism’? I’ve heard of ‘Christianity’, or even phrases like ‘all of Christianity…’, but I’ve never heard christianism. Is that some breakaway splinter faction?
I am concerned about your spelling.
Also, you really should try pastafarism’, if only for a week.
