Hey hey, we’re having a little cube design contest at my work, and I decided to go with an FSM theme for it.

The rest of the pictures from the contest are here:http://community.izea.com/blog/2008/07/izeas-cubico–1.html

    I need to move to your state. I work with people who think the Apocalypse is about to happen. And, sadly, I work in Education.

    Well done. The dry pasta is an especially nice touch :)

    My only criticism is the Starbucks mug; it really should be an FSM mug, no?

    Great pics. Must be a cool place to work. Didn’t see any beer though. Maybe someone drank it.

    @Neil: You’d be surprised how creative people get when there’s a contest involved! Really spurred a lot of innovation. Before that most cubes were on the normal side.

    @Jeff: haha :) Company info in the link. But hey if you’re in Orlando, Florida maybe. :)

    @Bonney
    Thanks! I was thinking about a FSM mug actually! I like the double sized Starbucks one though. There’s actually some pirate stuff hanging on the side as well. I was thinking about posting an ad on craigslist for a voluneteer midget, but thought that would be too much. :)

Purchase the Gospel

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
