Christianity is without a doubt one of the biggest contributors to the world market place. Just the other day I saw “prayers in a bottle” for sale. That’s right, you read it right! It will be a long time before we pastafarians even come close to pushing/selling as much useless stuff as christianity.

What world do you live in? Because I just so happen to see not only T-Shirts and iPod covers with Christian motifs on on them, but bumper stickers, posters, backpacks, wristwatches, shoes, and on one bizarre occasion, toothbrushes. Talk about scamming with religion? Here’s a little suggestion, though I doubt you would condescend to grant us even the minor benefit of the doubt. Look up some of the stuff that the far superior Christians have done. They pulled the single most powerful scam of all time, selling indulgences so people could purchase their salvation. Namely, the rich, powerful, inbreds (and they generally were at that time) who liked their sins. In the future, before launching an attack, make sure you’re properly equipped, or your attempt will become the verbal equivalent of the Bay of Pigs.
I hope you find noodly salvation.

If you’re going to call yourself a Christian, be educated on what people who proclaim such as doing. And follow the tenets of the faith, which include kindness and tolerance. Really? Back in the day Christianity sold absolution to the rich, if that’s not the ultimate sell out I don’t know what is. I see Jesus shirts all the time, and every time the virgin mary “appears” on a grilled cheese sandwich it goes straight to e-bay. Well, I think if Jesus Christ lived today, he would create T-Shirts, too.
An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American

You obviously have not been to a “Christian Bookstore” lately. Not only do they sell T-shirts and iPod covers, but candy, toys, ties, and bumper stickers, all proclaiming their faith. If you are going to profess to be a Christian, you should know what Christians are doing in today’s society. But I would also encourage you to practice you faith, even in the face of unbelievers. Jesus associated with prostitutes and pagans, and was kind about it. He practiced tolerance. According to the Christian Bible. Take a look for yourself.
Blessings!

This can’t be serious. He obviously hasn’t even been outside. There is no religion that is whored out nearly as much as Christianity.

Really? Back in the day Christianity sold absolution to the rich, if that’s not the ultimate sell out I don’t know what is. I see Jesus shirts all the time, and every time the virgin mary “appears” on a grilled cheese sandwich it goes straight to e-bay. At least our church doesn’t pressure and guilt people into making contributions. If you want to contribute at our church you get some nifty stuff out of it.

Hmmm have you ever heard of Google? Try searching for christian ipod covers and the first site you’ll find has a list of them in several colors, each with a nice little cross on it. There are whole websites out there devoted to xian t-shirts. If you assholes would quit your bitching and do a little checking once in awhile you wouldn’t look like dicks when you send us hate mail.

No? I see tons of people wearing T-shirts, jewelry, with bumper stickers and “Jesus Fish” on their cars. There are Christian bookstores and kitch shops all over the place. The intertubes are filled with sites to buy water from Lourdes, banners, flags, Jesus action figures, children’s toys and, with 20 seconds with Google, I found an iPod cover.

I also found a website devoted to Christian retailing: http://www.christianretailing.com/
Christian merchandise is a multi-billion dollar a year industry in this country. Who’s the scammer here?

The catholic church used to sell relics of the saints bones, the true cross, the blood of Jesus, the list goes on and on.
Now they sell bobble-headed pope dolls (just kidding), and protestant denominations run by televangelists sell trips to christian themed amusement parks. I’ll go to one when they have a Mary Magdeline ride.

You have NEVER seen anyone with the words Christianity on their shirt before!
You need to get out more often!
Ive never seen people with a cross on their Ipod either, but I’m sure they have cross covers for IPods somewhere, do a google search and find a site that does this because I think you are just jealous of our superior Ipods ^^

Well, I think if Jesus Christ lived today, he would create T-Shirts, too.
