Nothing would ever improve, because no one would ever complain or give constructive criticism. I believe that if you are going to say something negative, don't make it about something that can't be helped and don't be mean to people. But I don't see anything wrong with disagreeing with someone. A much more helpful thing to me is the Serenity Prayer (besides the prayer part): God (or FSM) grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference. RAmen. I would like to add a few things.
