Why the hell would I look to the bible as a source material? It’s full of inaccuracies and contradicts it’s self! So even without looking at how it’s been disproved over and over again, it shows it’s self to be unreliable (a bit like a compulsive liar being a character witness).

It is fundamental to any faith system that the focus of the faith should be something so unlikely to be a description of reality that it could never be proved. If there is any possibility ever of objective proof, it is part of a knowledge system that in the absence of proof, one can choose to believe or not believe, but one can not have faith in.
By espousing a faith one therefore asserts that it is part of mythology. I only mention this because some people seem to be confused.
