From Alan:
I’m a canadian biologist working in venezuela. This was random, i ran into this baby and took a picture of it with my cellphone, i blurred out the license plate just in case the owner reads the blog, but the country and state are cleary visible.

Very cool. Send me more sightings!

Well, if you don’t put the “bender” back in JBENDER23…
You should try being a good noodle fearing Pastafarian in Augusta Ga. I have had 3 pirate fish stolen of my truck and had it keyed on one of those occaisions. I’m a career Navy man and have spend the majority of my career in the very liberial San Diego. I was not prepared the level of bible thumpin’ I experience on a daily basis down here. My wife has it the worst going to Augusta State University. Her first year she was studing Aristotle with her class and the Prof. asked them to write a short paper on the differences of Aristotle and Jesus. She (very confused) raised her hand and mentioned that they had not covered Jesus yet. The Prof. just laughed and said well of coarse we have all read our bibles already. That was the last time she raised her hand.

Pirates ported their massive vessels upon the shores of Venezuela many, many centuries before the christ dude and his wayword mother were marketed in South America. Clearly the people are finding their true religion again. May we all be graced by The Lord’s noodly appendages!!
Oh my! I think I was just touched by the Flying Spaghetti Monster. I feel stuffed with joy.

I have the greatest pirate fish sighting ever, coupled with the potential of it being watched by about half of Earth’s population this summer. And yet I can’t get anybody to believe me.
Would you give it a try ?

(…take the logo and rotate it 90 degrees counter clockwise…)
Eh ?
SquidVicious, that is a very sad story. Even more sad when I looked up ASU and saw that religion was not in their mission statement. I guess it’s just assumed. =(
Well, the Beijing logo does look like an Oriental explication of something, but I’m not getting the Noodly Manifestation out of it, yet. Maybe what is needed is more faith in order to see it.
But, RE: the appearance in Venezuela, as a Venezolano friend and former co-worker puts these things (In Venezolanese), “Estoy freakio! (I’m freakin’ out!)”
At least there are no reports, as yet, of FSM-fish being keyed off of cars there once and for all, Commie as they are. (Gracias, Hugo! Viva Fidel!)
Y bless the Appendage! And it’s reach -
Does the plate say “Vekezuela”?
The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
