Don’t know where MDT is, but NY is 5 hours behind UK time (6 for continental Western Europe), Kull-ie-foer-niah as the governor pronounces it is 8 behind, 9 behind the continent.
DPG - I think Beth is 7 hrs behind GMT (mountain time?) Nikki is Queensland time, PP is EST, you, Rachel and JB are GMT +1 I think. I’ve got some others but not off the top of my head :))
