Worship at work

We are pleased that the Flying Spaghetti Monster watches over our website development department at work. Things were dark and desolate before we were touched by his noodly appendage. But now all we sit in full pirate regalia enjoying our cubicles with thoughts of the stripper factory and beer volcano.

    @Alchemist
I’m actually on UK time like you, living almost within roaring distance of Big Ians church here in Belfast for 2.5 years now.

  3. 83 Alchemist Jun 28th, 2007 at 1:55 pm

DPG - sorry about that, re time. I remember talking to someone, I thought it was you, who said they were an hour ahead. Might have been JB.
I can remember the substance, the specifics are a different matter :)

  5. 85 Wench Beth Jun 28th, 2007 at 1:59 pm

  6. 86 Wench Beth Jun 28th, 2007 at 2:01 pm

To DPG… sorry, wasn’t clear enough. I am indeed in Mountain Daylight Time which is 7 hours behind you. Alchemist was right. Rowdiest Wench is in Central Time (6 hours behind). Too bad we’re all so spread out! But at least there’s someone here 24 hours a day!

“Too bad we’re all so spread out! But at least there’s someone here 24 hours a day!”
It’s agood thing that we’re spread. No Jehovas Witness will ever get the chance to do any real damage, some pirate or wench somewhere in the world will be over them like a frying pan over Michael Behe’s head.

@paris - …not the expected answers… shouldnt they be along the lines of h-a-w-t
    or something?
@corvax corax - i have my own invention.
i heat up vegimite and add a cup of table salt. i make it with 2 cups to give it to guests as a joke sometimes… why do they always vomit? then again… i can eat salt on its own… i jus’ put salt on the t - bone of steak… no meat, just flavour… oh theres salt potato too but not as good… oh… the dessert to end all deserts! salt chocolate! it is hawt!
~ octarine - inventor of saltymite, saltybone, salt potato and salt choolate.
my doctor tells me im not getting enough sodium…

    .
nothing in this post is guaranteed true fact. i am not responsible for injury, death and\or sickness. the foods are competely fabricated … well… except saltybone… but be warned… the lawyers made me add this.
if, however, you sell any of these foods, i am entitled to 99.9% of any profits. we warned you… the lawyers told me to say “lawyers are HAWT!” however, i cannot give
evidence to support this. evidence is hawt.

    .
    He avoids vegemite now.

  14. 94 Red Dutch Pasta Wench Jul 1st, 2007 at 1:36 am

I eat my Marmite straight from the pot. I don’t know what people think when they see me sucking on my brown finger :), it does look pretty gross!
    .
WO - Glod? I thought he’d love it here, all the mines and stuff. Never see him now, always quaffing ale with his mates down the dwarf bar and bragging about his chopper!

Purchase the Gospel

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
