Well if the Aussie contingent can’t pillage the replica Endeavour from Sydney, the presence of this ship gives us another option. Closer for me too. Oh and Captain…NO rum for you this time….least till after the ship is safely in Pirate hands!

@Wench Beth – Those are emissions? I thought the air was supposed to be full of that stuff. What’s the worth in living, if you can’t smell the gunpowder in the air? And it seems so empty without it. Almost uncomfortable. When the perpetually lingering smoke is gone, you know there has been a disturbance.

sorry to burst peoples bubble about the ship but its not a true pirate ship because it has the union jack flying. Unless, its flying the wrong colours to trick some unsuspecting ship and then perform some truly piratey activities. who knows well anyway i hope you enjoyed reading my comment as much as i enjoyed writing it (it was rather fun)

The Portugueses royal barge was sunk 250 years ago. Recently, with the rise of pastafarians, people have realised the connection between pirates and global warming. The ship was pulled up and restored to its former glory. We can assume that its piracy activities are kept a close guarded secret.
An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
