Me and Popoff are up here in New York, I suppose you could email one of us if you are too, though I don’t know why we’d need to.

Folks, I don’t think our prophet wanted to know where is who: he made the “FSM Gatherings” of the discussion forum to that purpose! Well, little Hilo/Puna Pastafarians so far, then…

Plenty of Pastafari in South America, though it’s not really an issue here, thus there’s so far no need for such movements. In any case, i’m canadian, our PM’s conservative, and he sucks big time but he hasn’t made much of a show about his religion ideas, but if he ever did, i’d be the first one to go to parliament hill and make him choke on the canadian constitution for a little bit. I’m one of many FSM icon carrying canadians, and i’m proud to show it in venezuela AND in ottawa. RAMEN!

Geez! I go and live my life for a few days, and I don’t recognize the place! I’d just like to say that today I went out in the kayak and felt very peaceful and grateful for my life. Surely I have been touched by his noodly appendage! I know this has nothing to do with what you guys have been talking about, but, frankly, not much does! You’re being extremely esoteric and obtuse.

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
