Seriously, though, we will need an actual ship’s cat to keep the mouse and rat population down (except Wench Beth is secretly going to follow the cat around, rescue the mice and rats at the last minute, and keep them as pets :) Plus it would be fun to have a dog — anyone know what breeds like to live on boats?

@ Thumpie – I dunno, even with a personality disorder I sure do like that cat!! The whole giraffe thing is based on the idea that if humans interbreed with giraffes then the resulting hybrids will have longer necks and their heads will be higher up where the air is cooler…thus combating the global warming problem until we can generate enough pirates to do the job properly. I hope that clears things up! :)

Bubba, it worked most times I tried it, although at the very beginning the served buckled for a good while. And when the venganza page said there were 4 people in the chat room or so, I found it empty a few times. The problem may very well not be on your end, but on the server end. Still, I’ve wasted many nice hours there already. Worth to keep trying!
