hello. I came across your so call WEBSITE as a mistake. ok, I have one question for you. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? How can you honestly believe that spaghetti can have legs, arms, and a pulse at the least bit? Your web site is clearly a joke, and anybody that believes a “thing” can have MEATBALLS for eyes, is clearly disturbed and should seek help immediately. How can you people make such vulgar comments about the catholic and Christian religion? saying that we have to accept that God’s balls are larger than ours? that is clearly disrespectful to all Christians. If you wish to disrespect me, i will disrespect you, by saying that you are all a bunch of LOONS with mental disabilities. Worshiping spaghetti is like worshipping Poland just because they make good water! Oh, and one last thing. tomorrow night, while i am enjoying my wonderful plate of spaghetti, ill make sure i enjoy it. But, you can give me a call next time you see the flying spaghetti monster. I would give you my number, but I can guarantee you wont need it.

G’nite Booty…
#7
Night Booty.
(#7 ha, light weight :))
@Booty- hate to tell ya, but most teenage males will not voluntarily get up till at least three or later. I know this from experience.
*
Me: Is Adam there?
A’s Mom: He’s asleep.
Me:…… It’s 4:30.
A’s mom: yeah, it is a bit early, but he should be up in an hour or so.
*
True story, I swear on the grog I will one day be legal enough to ingest.
Dread Wench. Sorry about this but most 30 odd year old males are the same! It’s the Y chromosome.
My first post….
Shame on you people! Don’t you know better than to argue with the mentally *slow*? I mean, “Polish water”, meatball-eyes, “LOONS”, lack of grammar/spelling? C’mon, isn’t it obvious?
This is possibly a result of being a regressive Fundie hillbilly….ahem *possibly inbred* ahem.
Pity him; don’t mock him!
Mecoptera, well welcome anyway.
If you stick around, you’ll get the jest of it.
i know many teenage girls willing to sleep all morning, its not just the guys
i can easily sleep till one, thats normally when someone (or a cat) decides i have to get up
TrueBeliever. Ha. I’ve got a Cairn Alarm Clock! You can’t ignore him. He won’t let you.
some people think its funny to wake me up “just so i dont sleep all day”
and my cat just thinks hes funny. hes actually very stupid, but i love him
I clearly have nothing wrong with me and yet for some reason the idea of an entity such as this pleases me more than what I got out of years of bible school. Hurray for the Flying Spaghetti Monster….Amen.
Iron Gill, Yep, you’re free to disagree. But what it comes down to is that religion or faith is never independant of those around it. It is not possible to hold a belief that does not effect others. The fact that you’re willing to argue for that belief gives support to others who do not keep it to themselves, also it colours the way you think about the world, your opinions and the way you think the world should be run. it is impossible for it not to. so no matter how you try, even if it is not overt it effects others.
.
i do not agree with your car analogy at all, in fact to use it, i argue the opposite. simply because a study shows that red cars cause accidents you argue that only the red cars (or extremists) should be limited. i argue that that is a sympton of car ownership and criticism should apply to all vehicles, irrespective of colour or type (or faiths). again to emphasise the point you are arguing from effect, i argue from cause. your willingness to tolerate or accept a faith depends of whether the results are morally and socially acceptable. this will vary from person to person and society to society and is highly subjective. I try to be objective, for a faith to be valid it should be proven, based on evidence (such as a graph!) and face the same critical examination regardless of its tenets or resulting behaviour. In essence it makes no difference what it tells you to do, but is it true?
I have two cats and they like to be fed on time. If we don’t get up they’ll come and sit on us. One is ok, lightweight, but the other is one of those big fat (ex)toms. When he sits on you screaming for food, there is no sleeping on.

These are the only kids i want though. So I wont have to worry about the car, teens playing loud music etc.
Dread Wench L’TUAE - you have made me a very happy woman - 4:30! Yay!
At the moment if they sleep past 7am it is a miracle! I will look forward to that - a whol day of peace and quiet *sigh* - only 10 years to go!
hope you enjoy worshipping with us tomorrow night (we love spagghetti too!!)
Spider–”The fact that you’re willing to argue for that belief gives support to others who do not keep it to themselves, also it colours the way you think about the world, your opinions and the way you think the world should be run.” So, because OTHER people go too far due to a lack of functioning brain cells, I have to stop believing? Doesn’t seem very fair. And, yes, my faith DOES ‘color my opinions’–but what DOESN’T? Being black as opposed to white gives you a different perspective. Being American as opposed to British does to. And being Jewish as opposed to athiest does as well. But when I take EVERYTHING that makes up what I am, then I like to think my opinions are pretty well-rounded. Normally–this is exckuding fundies, obviously–people are more then just their religion.

That car analogiy was such a made-off-the-top-of-my-head thing I’m surprised it made sense at all, haha. But anyway, what I meant with it is that you seem to be saying that because some red car drivers drive badly, all red car drivers should be acted against. (Or because some religion nutcases go around running IHateFags websites, all religious believers should be considered evil people and stopped.)

“In essence it makes no difference what it tells you to do, but is it true?” I think it is. Is there a scientific test that’ll prove that? No. So do I have any logical reason to try and convince you of its truth? No, because I can’t prove it to you. And believe me, I understand that fully. But I look at it the same way I look at love: if I fall in love with someone you’re not attracted to, well…how can I prove to you that this person is someone you should love too? There’s no scientific test that I’m aware of that can dictate who’s worthy of loving and who’s not, or who you’ll fall in love with, or WHY you fell in love with them, or why, since I love them, obviously you should to. It just happens. (And speaking as a person who’s still battling the Teenage Hormone Disater, I can say that a lot of the time when you fall in love with someone, to others it seems the most illogical, stupid thing you could ever do. But to you it might be something entirly different, eh?)
Same thing with a belief in a god/gods/goddess/godesses/random diety/FSM. To an outside observer it might seem impossibly irrational. But you know why you believe the way you do, and you know you have your reasons. They might not be reasons that hold up water to that outside person, but it’s not their belief or lack of you should be worrying about, after all.

To add to the sleep discussion: when I can, I’m up till 4 in the morning and asleep till 4 in the afternoon! Then again I’m a night owl.
Gill. Sorry to disappoint you but the love shit doesn’t get any better.
I think you’re pretty well rounded as a person Gill. Don’t let anyone tell you differently - at least don’t believe them! I wish I could sleep ’till four! Little Firestorm has different ideas :)
aaawww, we wouldn’t want you to change gill. You keep us from pillaging when we get angry and drunk^_^
I’m not saying girls don’t sleep late also. I sleep till well after noon if I get a chance. unfortunatly, the chances are becoming few and far between. :( This is what I get for being an over-achiever.
I have nothing to contribute to the current discussion, but I would like to say that the hate mail section of this site makes me feel so much more intelligent than when I started. Thank you, religious fundies.
The recurring surprise I find when I read these idiotic messages is that the only mention of Christianity and Catholicism generally comes from incensed Christians and Catholics bandying insults and appearing to be very upset. Where on this website is this seasoned attack? There seems to be many other faiths that don’t feel threatened by this site, I have not seen a message from a follower of Hinduism as yet(they maybe on here but from what i have seen so far are in a huge minority to all the upset Christians & Catholics). What surprises me further is that everyone is quite polite in response to these attacks. For example, were someone to start posting commentary on thier websites about rapes, fake virgin births and ghosts they would not be so civil in thier resopnses at all.
sweetsoulsister. The virgin birth was fact!
