I just wanted to share a picture of the tribute I made of the beloved FSM.
Thank you,
Rebecca

I want my own FSM “beanie baby”!! Perhaps Rebecca can contact Ty Warner of Ty “Beanie Babies” and help them design a special FSM Beanie. We could have a contest on this site to write the poem for the tag (each Beanie Baby has its own poem). All proceeds from the sales of the FSM Beanie Baby could go toward Prophet Bobby’s pirate ship!

That’s actually a really good idea. We should go for it.

I agree, the last line sucks!
But the rest is great. New contest finish that stanza.

That is a a superb FSM critter, feel sorry for the two hamsters that gave their life so s/he could live…. ;)

“All praise his Noodly Goodness,
And sip his tamato-ey sauce,
Eat of his big tasty meatballs,
…But please try not to gorgeâ€?
…And give thanks to this great force”?
…And share his kind words”?
…And support the pirates cause”?

I like the last line best.

And support the pirates’ cause.

Forgot the apostrophe ;) Can’t have bad English now, can we?

Between us we’re brilliant. Well okay, I just did one line, but I still think I’m brilliant.

I spent around 9.35 seconds on the poem. Apparently, brilliance amounts mostly to blind luck. well, I always kind of believed that, anyway.

How about “Support the piratical cause”.
I think I prefer that just because I like the word piratical.

Gabbah Spudling you have been truely touched by his noodly appendage.
You must feel so proud (and satisfied obviously).
An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
