    I dink yous guys r gonna rot in hail, and I hope you are accompanied by all fundamentalists of whatever ‘religion.’ Keep the ‘faith,’ baby; or, honey, you’re supposed to slurp your spaghetti, not suck it.

    This card is much better than the others. It carries our fun to a farther truth.

    I just hope the good Wench Nikkiee, clues me in on the New Year!
    BTW, Nikkiee, when do you folks display fireworks for the New Year?
    Tonite? Tomorrow? Serious question,

    12am tonight. or maybe that’s 00000 hours tonight!
    In the New Year, I see the cracks in the YEC/IDiot god hypothesis set to widen into an irrepable chasms. Also there will be lots and lots more pirates and plenty of bounty for all. Weather wise, I see no large storms on the horizon, and so should be fair and fine sailing into the New Year.

    Thanks for the insight Nikkiee.
    Sounds like it will be a grand year indeed!
    Interesting about the fireworks display too! I never gave such things any thought until I started internetting it, or whatever you call chatting on the internet.
    I do remember watching on the tv last year, fireworks from around the world. They weren’t time stamped however, and I just assumed they all took place on my New Years eve ie: tomorrow at midnight.
    Oh well, thanks again,
    Ramen

    @Wench Nikky
    OK irrepairable chasms then. I blame reading all those fundie post all over the boards for my declining speeling ability. I blame them for all my typos of late too. Fighting a few battles on a couple of boards at once is detrimental to ones grammers atic al abilities.
    @Peter
    Your welcome. Anytime you want news from the future, just post ok ;)

Purchase the Gospel

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
