fsm painting

Received this FSM painting from Jeremiah Palecek.

fsm ship

I had a renewed interest in the FSM after seeing the Dawkins interview.  It reminded me of a painting I did a while back about the Pastafarian faith.

Yar! The beauty brings a tear to my eye not covered by me patch. I wipe it away with me hook, and think every pirate needs a painting like this in their livingroom!

Thanks for all your comments about my work:) I think the blueprint idea is great. I used to work making blueprints for a living, well, not drawing them, but actually copying them. Anyway, all you need to do is find a place that will transfer a black and white image on paper to a piece of vellum, then they feed the vellum into the blueprint machine with a specially coated piece of paper, and out pops a beautiful blueprint. At the place I worked you could also get brown prints which were really pretty. And its cheaper than a large format copy of the same image!:) Put a pastarific slogan at the bottom, and you’ve got a nice poster for you home. Just a thought:) There must be some site on the net that has some blueprints for he purpose of model ship building, couldn’t find it myself, but have a feeling its out there.

I might be able to boil water and cook pasta in these fires of hell. Keep the faith going wherever it may bring us.

    Hello Liz,

No, don’t worry about your poor grammar. Many people place commas where they, don’t belong.

Is there a hell for those who wave their naked arse in the air whilst screaming “Fuck off God”?

    1) Print.
    2) Laminate.
    3) Place on wall in office.

*envious heavy sigh* I admire your vision and talent, pickles.
Of course, His Noodliness is pretty easy to draw, if you can draw squiggles and eyes, so I’m all right in that department.

But I used to do stained glass work long ago BC (before children), mayhaps ’tis time to take up ye olde glass cutter and lead solder again.

I should be bloody ashamed of myself for doing this in reality. If my house mates catch me speaking to myself again they are going to send me to the looney bin.

I will ask Him and let you know.

Hey Nowtheworldhasmeaning, thanks for that quote. Now I have something new for my away message.

I am ashamed to admit it, but I was molested by a macaroni.

    Perhaps this explains it.

Purchase the Gospel

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
