I’m surprised there is no announcement of the great festivities tomorrow. All pastafarians should be worshipping en masse, as it is the single greatest holiday of their faith. Long live Pirates! May we save the Earth and reverse global warming by embracing piracy and pastafarianism!

Here in Utah it has dropped like 16 degrees in the past 26 hours. It must be b/c of the diminishing number of Pirates. I will help bring more people into the light of FSM and let the world know that being a Pirate isn’t always bad. Being a Pirate is a good thing b/c it balances out the world. I too am hopeing to become a pirate one day. But none the less we need to get more Pirates b/c it is too damn cold here already!

I told the following joke:
A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel in his pants. The bartender says, “You know you have a steering wheel in your pants?” The pirate says, “Ayyye, it’s driving me nuts!”
As for the temperature in New Orleans, until today, it’s been horribly hot and humid. Today, both temperature and humidity dropped to a level that was comfortable.

Aye, it were a cold day in Switzerland, mi hearties. Thar were rain and chills. I chugged mi a whole flaggon of rum.
The pirate activity was definitely noticeable in Vancouver, Canada!
The day began as any other, but it soon grew chilly and rainy (the first rain we’ve seen in about 4 months). After a chilly night, I suppose the piracy conversion ratio skyrocketed (as the salty jim lads the city over hoisted their grog in the evening for a mighty celebration), and the following day was the coldest, rainiest, most miserable day I recall in a long, long time.
The following day was once again dry, with a clear sky and wonderful temperatures.

Mr. Henderson,
I’ve bought the book. I’ve convinced ten of my friends to buy the book.
I put your link on my website several weeks ago.
I’ve even voted for you for the Quill Award (deserving, BTW).
All I ask in return is that you put my link on your webpage.
My book, “Corpsey the Bear” will be out around Christmas.
I would truly appreciate the support and I hope you get your pirate ship.

I believe there is a lot to be said for the FSM. This year, we lost the beloved Arthur “Killer” Kane of the New York Dolls. Wonderfully caring, intelligent man. He joined the LDS Church a couple of years ago, becoming a “Mormon”. His devotion to the religion is remarkable and he continued his relationship with the remaining members of the Dolls. I believe, however, that he has been surprised by his first-hand knowledge of the FSM. The noodly appendage has touched his soul and enlightened him for all eternity. We will all one day see the truth and the unbelievers who still fight against this truth will walk the plank for all eternity.

Whilst I support spreading the good news that the FSM is spreading his goodness around the world by the this movement I would like to politely advise readers that they can get nearer to the FSM by joining the Fundamentalist Church of FSM.
In FC-FSM our beliefs include:
As Pirates we sometimes drink Grog: Grog as anyone knows is Rum mixed with water- not just any old alcohol as some of the colonials would have you believe. And for the most holiest of ceremonies we only use 7 year old Havana Club and Spring water from Cornwall (next door to England -where some of the best pirates where born). As good pirate we like to have a drink – live beer is a good and wholesome refreshment for any pirate whilst on shore as are wine and spirits. Water is also drunk, but in moderation in recognition to health risks.
The FSM does not have noodley appendages – he was formed in the fundament of the universe of finest Durum Wheat…and not some concoction made from string, ribbon or other noodles, egg or otherwise. Whilst they are excellent ingredients in chinese and other meals they are not the substance of our creator.
As good FSM worshippers we put the Fun in Fundamental.
So while we respect those of the FSM church and reformed church..and indeed many other churchs, we do respectfully advise readers of our standpoint.

You have a great Blog!!! I just added you to my Google News Reader.
Look forward to reading more from you in the future.
An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
