The escape sequence of < is <.
The escape sequence ofr & is &.
But to get the escape sequence of & to appear instead of & you need type &
.
Am I making sense yet?
Look just type the sequence < in your message and you get a < when it posts.
Copy and past this message and see that the first bit changes to a < but the four actual <s – including this one (<) – disappear.

With your fancy clothes, cars and computers you whine about the injustice of the world and then buy your spaghetti monster T-shirt, the price of which could have saved a starving or sick child in another country. Another country who’s citizen are poor because they have been robbed for centuries by Western powers. You make me want to vomit.”
.
So what’s your point?
Aristotle,
This is going to be a tinsy bit confusing but here goes:
Basically if there was a top secret discussion forum called the Disciples of the Flying Spaghetti Monster (and there isn’t) and I was a member (and I’m not because there is no such forum) then some of the members would have been discussing whether you (Aristotle) are a new person or a sock puppet of another Pastafarian.
Of course because there is no such group and so I’m not a member that conversation could never have taken place.
However because you always post in the third person, my post of Apr 29th, 2007 at 4:27 pm:
Woo Hoo! Aristotle has got it.
Could be construed as me posting as you but without setting my name to yours.
That would imply that I was Aristotle and fumbled the subtefuge!
So I was pointing out that if I was Aristotle, then I was sitting here having a trivial conversation with myself about html. That would make me a serious nut-job.
.
So to summarise. There is no group. There was no conversation. You are not me and I am not mad!
.
Hurrah!

My point is that you are all slaves to your evil nature and the evil political, religious and economic systems that flourish by allowing you to bury your heads in the sand. You say, “it’s terrible that children starve but what can I do?”. Then you spend one month’s wages for a person in Africa on a stupid shirt that mean nothing to anyone other then a one line joke about spaghetti. You create nothing, achieve nothing and consume everything. You are useless people.

@ Greed, I ask you as I asked Wrath a few days ago, “What, exactly, do you suggest I do about the ills you describe?” Yes, I could send some of my money to a starving African family, but will it get to them? Will it stop war, famine, and pestilence? I will give you (and Wrath) credit, though. It did get me thinking. The conclusion that I have come to so far is that I have a good life that could fall apart at any minute. Nothing is sacred, nowhere is safe. Granted, my life is probably safer than millions of others, and I am grateful for that. I thought about the food I bought today, the gas I consumed, the unnecessary items I purchased. Is this what you want?
.
Oh, and about the T-shirt. Yes, it is a waste of resources if you look at it from your point of view. However, it is part of a bigger picture. Our government, as flawed as it is, has stood the test of time when compared to many governments around the world. Our Constitution has meaning, and interpretation of it translates into real-world decisions. Today, it’s what will be taught in schools as science. Tomorrow it could be what religion I am told I have to practice. There are principles involved here that are worth defending. I’m sure you understand that concept.

Eloquent is such a great word. Aristotle thinks there should be a “Word of the Day.” Today’s word should be pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcano-coniosis, meaning ‘a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust’ (from the Guiness book of world records). Use it as much as possible

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American

The escape sequence ofr & is &.

Look just type the sequence < in your message and you get a < when it posts.
Copy and past this message and see that the first bit changes to a < but the four actual <s – including this one (<) – disappear.

You are all pathetic. Like most Christian religions this site exists purely to make it’s founder rich. You have much in common with Christianity. With your fancy clothes, cars and computers you whine about the injustice of the world and then buy your spaghetti monster T-shirt, the price of which could have saved a starving or sick child in another country. Another country who’s citizen are poor because they have been robbed for centuries by Western powers. You make me want to vomit.

Aristotle,
This is going to be a tinsy bit confusing but here goes:
