Casey, guess what? Printing something YOU wrote isn’t libel. Libel is “…publication of a false statement of fact, made with the requisite state of mind, that causes injury.” Posting a quote of yours isn’t libel. And anything that ends up in someone’s inbox belongs to the recipient, because you sent him the message of your own free will. Furthermore, unless he is your lawyer, or husband, there is no privilege associated with the communication, and as such, he is free to post actual quotes of yours without fear of any kind of legal retribution. So go ahead and sue, make sure you’re prepared to be laughed out of court.

Bobby’s posting your own words, in context, without comment. You have no libel case against him. (I haven’t read the comments on the original post, though I expect some are rather unpleasant – regardless, you can’t sue Bobby for libel over what other people have said to/about you on his site. Furthermore, I recall you calling him “retarded” and other names, which, if we’re tossing around spurious libel cases, isn’t looking so friendly. Just putting your libel claims in perspective.)
As for invasion of privacy, Aaron’s right, and this isn’t the first time this has come up in the turbulent and litigious history of hte internet. You sent those emails with no prior explicit or implicit agreement about privacy – they’re his to do with as he wishes.
Personally, since I’m of the “can’t we all just get along?” mind, I wish that Bobby would take them down, to be nice (and that you, Casey, had kept cool in the first place). Things being as they are, though, and since a lot of people are aware of this disagreement already, I think your best course of action is just to drop it. You’re not going to win any legal proceedings, and the longer you keep this active the more harassment and mockery you’re going to get from strangers on the internet. (Not a threat, just an observation.) I hope you’ll drop it, and I hope it’ll die down quickly.

Sir you took the action to send an email in the first place, so therfore BH has every right to your letter and he can deal with it in any matter he choses.
You have no case, as a freelance journalist I know what Libel is and this isnt libel sir. Libel is spreading defamation of character.
He did not do any form of Libel or Slander against you, other than posting your name and email.
You had the choice of writing a letter or not writing a letter and you chose the first option, it is YOUR fault he posted the letter, because you took the action of writing the original letter.

You have NO cause of action for libel. Where is the false statement? Bobby didn’t write your comments, YOU did. That’s NOT libel.
And because I know you are an obstinate moron, here’s another definition of libel:
“a tort consisting of a false and malicious publication printed for the purpose of defaming one who is living.” Your case doesn’t fit within the definition, does it? YOUR words were posted, not a false and malicious statement purported to be written by you, but YOUR words. Again, that’s NOT libel.
I’d like to address your accusation of invasion of privacy as well, but it is unclear to me how you came up with that one in the first place. Who invaded your privacy? By posting on this site or e-mailing Bobby without a privacy agreement in place, you made your comments public. How is that an invasion of privacy? I suspect you are typing out of your ass here.
