    “rediculious”?
    “immatation”?

“Not being able to understand that this entire thing is something intelligent people call satire but that’s probably over your head so let’s say that you are a twit without a sense of humour?”

Looks like another idiot unable to comprehend the point of this site and the FSM. Bobby is brainwashing no one, actually what he is attempting to do is open peoples eyes to how preposterous the claims of most organized religions are and point out that our children should be taught science in science class not some mocked up version of creationism labled as ID.

“when in actual reality man made the world”
    .
interesting perspective. it certainly beats “my invisible friend made the universe OMG!”

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!

There are times I consider the possibility that we should start helping natural selection along a bit. But I’d rather not lower myself to the level of religious fundamentalists.

What’s with his/her obsession with butts, anyway? at least they didn’t call us immature…
and i am pretty sure thathitler killed (or caused the death of) quite a lot of people. there has yet to be one killing by a pastafarian. wherease…

I’m personally in favor of mandatory sterilization to help with the natural selection bit. As an OB nurse, I’m actually in favor of it for other people also, but some of these people could really use sterilization to benefit a bit of natural de-selection. Several of us are working on some criteria for this…perhaps I’ll have to find a way to include some anti-pastafarians…

I don’t know how any of these people are capable enough to even operate a computer and write all of these amazingly inane posts. One after another is just staggeringly clueless. Is this what people who work at the DMV do with their spare time? Maybe some of them are city council members. (Any city, just pick one.)

I’ll tell you what it is: Lawyers! They have managed to counteract the laws of natural selection. Without all of the seatbelt laws, helmet laws and dam childproof caps, most of these idiots would have killed themselves off by now.

And by the way, let me make myself clear: We throw around words like ‘stupid’, and ‘moron’ everyday because they are easy to use. I truly believe that these are actual stupid people with low IQ’s and tiny little thoughts running around in their big empty heads. Just like a herd of gerbils hunting for some gerbil chow…..

    Thats all.

Excellent article thanks for the link. Just perfect!

    Yeah.

Ridicule is always the best way to deal with fundis. They just don’t understand what’s being done to them and most of them have no way of fighting back without using their fists and if they do that then they’ve pretty much admitted defeat and we can use that to show them up for what they truly are.

  12. 12 Penne Nov 29th, 2006 at 6:03 am

Wow Dr Plaid, we don’t like the fundie ID belivers either but they do the best they can with the brains they’ve got, give the poor little guys a break. yeeesh

I’m not sure who originally posted it in one of the threads, but one of my favourite descriptions of a fund a mentalist is:
    .
“someone who had hit their head on the bottom, after diving into the shallow end of the gene pool.”
    .
    Classic!

    It’s kinda pretty,really.

    @Dr Plaid
“most of these idiots would have killed themselves off by now.”
Maybe even have earned themselves a “Darwin Award” in doing so. The only kind of reward they would get after their demise.
Actually one notorious “anti- seat belt” proponent did in fact recieve a Darwin Award, after being throw from a car and killed. Other two passengers wearing belts survived.
I don’t think the deceased was a fundie though.

Air-bags are fun though. Especially when someone (?) tries to repair them ‘cos the little red light was getting on his nerves.
    .
They don’t half leave a bruise when they go off. At least ’someone’ wasn’t doing 80 down the M1 at the time but sat in the drive looking like a stunned rabbit.

Purchase the Gospel

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
