Be very careful not to

Be very careful not to become blasphemous toward the teachings of the Lord, The Bible speaks very clearly about that subject.

Cute Idea, but; please put your efforts toward destroying the effects of the teachings of Darwinism.

Remember that without Salvation through the Blood Of Jesus all are condemned to an eternal death.

Please don’t be part of leading people away from the Lord’s Calling.

I pray that God will Bless you and yours, and give you wisdom in his time,

For it is in Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

Sincerely,

Tim Norwood

I hate you, Tim. You are a closed minded bastard. Thank you for sharing.

Through out the history of the Judeo/Christian religions, EVERYWHERE they have spread they have brought with them chaos and death. In my opinion Judeism,Islam and Christianity are not religions they are nothing but a disease. The truly pathetic part about this disease is that some people actually want it because they are too blind or too stupid to look at its roots. The issue here is that many of us see it for what it is and do not want it nor do we want it and the lies associated with it shoved down our children’s throats. The public education system is NOT the place for religion to be taught. Whether you call it Creationism or ID it is the same thing a dressed up version of the Judeo/Christian creation myth. The public schools need to teach science to our children in science class not Judeo/Christian mythology and lies. So Tim, was that in your obviously ignorant and closed minded opinion blasphemous enough to get the attention of and enrage your pathetic excuse for a god?

    @ Mythos

    Amen to that.

    “condemned to an eternal death.”
That’s interesting. What is non-eternal death?

    .
Religion is just a cop out from taking responsibility for a believers own simple minded actions.

“your efforts toward destroying the effects of the teachings of Darwinism.”
You are obviously one of the “Darwin is responsible for all the evils of the world” crowd.
    Are you a YEC?

    What is non-eternal death?

Hahaha. Must be that blood-sucking zombie on a stick thing again. They so lurve to throw that one in our faces.

But what I want to know is, why their faith is so weak as to see Darwinism as a serious threat to their beliefs? I don’t remember seeing any mention of that in their bible.

Have you noticed that it doesn’t matter how many times these idiots post the same thing and get shot down in flames thet still keep on trying. They seem to think that if you say something long enough and loud enough, no matter how ridiculus, it will become the truth.

    @ Mad John
They are very insecure Mad John, they already know the end of their imaginary world is near.

“if you say something long enough and loud enough, no matter how ridiculus, it will become the truth.”
They copy this method from those who have indoctrinated them.

Yep. Most of them don’t seem to be bright enough to come up with anything for themself.

  11. 11 Mad John Kidd Nov 28th, 2006 at 4:06 am

They so want to call down the rapture upon us that things like global warming, famine, disease, depleted resources must be signs that the end is near and should be encouraged at every turn. No need to do anything constructive. “Don’t worry, God will fix everything!—someday.” Yet another episode of “As the Stomach Turns”.

I don’t even think they have enough awareness of the world outside of the jeebus euphoria inside their own head, to consider anything in the world that needs fixing. They just want to be on their express train to “eternal life” Sick, sad and scarey.

  13. 13 Jon E Nov 28th, 2006 at 4:23 am

These people aren’t even bright enough to realise that the Rapture isn’t even vaguely real. It isn’t in the bible and didn’t get invented until some time in the 18th century.

I found this post while searching for information on my father, and wow, do I hope this isn’t him. Sadly, my father’s name IS Tim Norwood. I pray to all that is (un)holy that this not be him, cause, yeah, that bodes badly for the conversation I’m looking to have. :)

ahoy timbo, right then where to start?
    .
“Be very careful not to become blasphemous toward the teachings of the Lord, The Bible speaks very clearly about that subject.” really, it speaks clearly on something? no allegories or parables? well makes a change. but in case you are in any doubt, i’ll damn well blaspheme all i like. in fact i’ll put it on a t-shirt if i want. your “god” is welcome to speak to me and ask me not to. but till he does or some other proof appears screw you.
    .
“…Cute Idea, but; please put your efforts toward destroying the effects of the “teachings of Darwinism…” what effects? like reason, rational thought, scientific theory? or do you prefer bigoted superstitious hatred towards others of differing belief. Darwinsim isn’t a “teachings” its a theory that happens to be the best explanation we have. so, again screw you….
    .
“Remember that without Salvation through the Blood Of Jesus all are condemned to an eternal death.” wtf? have you read this? how exactly. please explain your proof for this argument. with diagrams. if you can’t then, well, screw you

    .
“…Please don’t be part of leading people away from the Lord’s Calling…” what damn calling? we have all listened hard, most would love to find evidence of the divine, but what do we hear? myth and fable, superstition and fear mainly from loons like you…. guess what - screw you.

“…I pray that God will Bless you and yours, and give you wisdom in his time..” this drives me nuts. you arrogant SOB, pray for yourself and keep you hands of my consciousness, it’s perfectly happy as it is. how dare you assume you know what’s best for me, it appears i have all the wisdom between the two of us so double screw you.

“For it is in Jesus Name I pray, Amen.” if he answers let us all know, maybe get him to sign it fopr a change?

in case you missed it. screw you.

Remember the 8 I really rather you didn’ts
Although he may share a different view point and wants to convert us back,
Our God personally asks us not to be rude, please try to be somewhat polite

Does anyone posting here, other than myself, have more than a fifth grade education? All of this sounds like a bunch of malcontents with nothing better to do with their lives.

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
